Flower and Container Substitution:
At Nature’s Decor, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality floral arrangements. Occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances or seasonal availability, it may be necessary to substitute certain flowers or containers in your order. We want to ensure that you receive a beautiful and comparable product that meets your expectations.
Substitution Procedure:
- We reserve the right to make substitutions in the event that specific flowers or containers are unavailable at the time of your order. Our talented floral designers will carefully select substitutions that are of equal or greater value and maintain a similar color and style to the original product you have chosen.
Maintaining Quality and Aesthetic:
- While we make every effort to create arrangements that closely resemble the images on our website or in our catalog, please understand that variations may occur. Floral arrangements are handcrafted and subject to the natural variations in flower colors, sizes, and shapes. However, be assured that any substitutions made will be thoughtful and made with the intention of maintaining the overall quality and aesthetic appeal of the arrangement.

Delivery
We strive to ensure timely and successful deliveries of our floral arrangements. To facilitate a smooth delivery experience, please review the following guidelines and provide us with any necessary information to ensure a successful delivery:
Minimum Order for Delivery:

Minimum Order Requirement: To ensure that our delivery services remain cost-effective for both our customers and our business, we have implemented a minimum order requirement of $49.95 for all deliveries. This minimum order amount helps us maintain the high standard of quality and personalized service that we strive to deliver.

Exemptions: Please note that the minimum order requirement does not apply to in-store pickups. Customers are welcome to order and pick up purchases below $49.95 without incurring any delivery fees.

Delivery Fees: In addition to meeting the minimum order requirement, a separate delivery fee will apply to all orders eligible for delivery. The delivery fee is a flat rate fee and delivery is limited to our service area. Please see the Delivery Information tab in our menu for those details. This fee helps cover transportation costs and ensures that our dedicated delivery personnel can provide prompt and reliable service.
Delivery Attempt:
- We will make one attempt to deliver your order at the designated delivery address. It is important to provide accurate and detailed delivery instructions to avoid any issues. If no one is available to receive the delivery or if access to the delivery location is restricted, our delivery driver will do their best to contact you or the recipient to figure out the best way to proceed. If no contact can be made, the delivery may be canceled without a refund.
- Contact Information: Please provide a valid phone number for both the recipient and yourself during the ordering process. In the event of any delivery issues or questions, our driver will attempt to reach you or the recipient to resolve the situation promptly, without needing to cancel the delivery.
- Time Restrictions: If you have specific time restrictions for the delivery, please inform us during the ordering process. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but please note that exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed, especially during peak periods.
Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt:
- If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to circumstances beyond our control, such as an incorrect address, no one available to receive the delivery, or insufficient delivery instructions, arrangements can be made for you to pick up the product at our shop. We will reach out to you regarding the availability of the pickup and provide further instructions. We will not be able to refund your delivery fee, as the delivery was attempted to the best of our ability.
Second Delivery Attempt:
- If a second delivery attempt is required due to an unsuccessful first attempt, an additional delivery fee will be charged. We kindly ask for your understanding as this fee covers the cost of transportation and logistics for the subsequent delivery.

Multiple Items Being Delivered:

Multiple Item Deliveries: When multiple items, up to a maximum of five, are being delivered to a single location, we are pleased to offer a consolidated delivery option. This means that only one delivery fee will be applicable for the entire order. We understand the importance of convenience and cost-effectiveness, and we want to make your shopping experience hassle-free.

Exceptions for Larger Arrangements: Please note that larger arrangements, such as memorial wreaths or oversized floral creations, may require additional handling and special transportation arrangements. These exceptional cases may incur separate delivery fees, as their unique size and fragility demand extra care and attention during transit.

Delivery Timeframes and Cut-Off Times
Our goal is to provide timely deliveries for your floral arrangements. To ensure a smooth and efficient process, please review our delivery timeframes and cut-off times as outlined below:
Same Day Delivery:
- For orders to be eligible for same day delivery, they must be received before 10:00 AM EST/EDT. We will make every effort to deliver your order on the same day if it is placed within this time frame. Please note that same day delivery is subject to product availability and delivery capacity.
Next Business Day Delivery:
- Orders received after 10:00 AM EST/EDT may not be able to be delivered until the next business day. We will make arrangements to deliver your order as promptly as possible during our next available delivery slot. Please understand that certain circumstances, such as high order volume or logistical constraints, may affect our delivery capacity.
Peak Period Adjustments:
- During peak periods, such as holidays or special occasions, our delivery timeframes and cut-off times may be adjusted to accommodate increased demand. We will make every effort to communicate any changes to our customers in advance.
Holiday Orders:
- For holiday orders, we recommend placing your order at least 3 business days before the holiday. This allows us to effectively manage our order volume and ensure timely deliveries. However, please be aware that if we reach our delivery capacity, we may be required to cut off orders before the specified deadline. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
